- 1954 Co-captain North Squad North-South All-Star game.
- 1956 Baseball scholarship to Georgia Southern University.
- Coached and won State Championship in youth Baseball, Football and Basketball programs through Georgia.
Inducted into the Hall of Fame on April 28, 2006
